Storytelling is my love language

From my love of musicals to my career as a communicator & event planner, my mission is always to tell a good story; and there is no greater story than your love story.

When planning your wedding day, my focus is to tell your story and for your event to be a complete reflection of who you are as a couple. Follow that with expertly planned logistics, beautiful design, and thoughtful guest experiences, it is sure to be an evening to remember.

The word “Velada” is inspired by my Latina heritage & culture. Velada, being the Spanish word for “Soiree,” invokes in our team a philosophy to strive in finding the most personal, intentional, and meaningful ways to gather.

That is the core our mission, to create genuine connections with our hosts & couples, foster a positive community around industry leaders, and ultimately, plan, manage, and coordinate all of life’s celebrations in a way that feels unique, special, personal, and unforgettable.
