For our partial & full planning couples, our mission is to take care of their planning journey and execute both expertly planned & intentionally designed weddings & events.

Our packages include timeline building, design & layout assistance, vendor & budget management, day-of coordination and much more!
Full Planning starts at $6,000
Partial Planning starts at $4,000
EVENT COORDINATION
Our Event Coordination package is perfect for the couple that wants to plan the majority of their event but would like assistance in fine-tuning the logistics and need someone to run their event.
With a Coordination package, our services include the final vendor confirmation, final venue walkthrough, timeline & floor plan building, and day-of management.
Event Coordination starts at $2,250
MICROWEDDINGS & ELOPEMENTS
Hosting an event with a guest count between 2 - 50 people? Our Microweddings & Elopements packages are designed to help our couples through all the stages of wedding planning but at a reduced rate for smaller guest counts.
Elopements & Microwedding packages start at $1,500
Social gatherings
For hosts needing help with the planning and the logistics of other types of special events. Velada Events is ready to help our hosts plan their events.
From other wedding-related events such as the Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Party, or Bridal Shower, to other life celebrations like Birthdays, Baby Showers, and Gender Reveals.
